Our Terms, Conditions & Policies

Vampire Ashram LLC,  House Keresian, Vampire Haven & The Sorcerer's Cellar and its principal affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of products or services purchased from this site. Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Products and services are not intended as a replacement for professional medical or psychological assistance. Individuals vary in tolerance to metaphysical energies, spells, and entity bindings; hence results will vary as well. The act of purchasing from our listings signifies your acceptance of these terms and releases this storefront and its owner(s) from all liability. Anyone who is currently undergoing a course of psychotherapy or is being medicated with psychotropic drug therapy or the like is advised to seek the advise of their mental health professional.

Vampire Ashram LLC is an international company with clients in many countries across the globe. We accept international orders and the conversion of monies is automatically calculated and applied upon purchase by our main credit card transaction company. Other forms of payment are offered as the website deems them safe and convenient. We do not accept bit coins or direct bank to bank transfers.

Limitations on International Transactions: We do not ship any tangible items oversees (*medallions, bones, charmed items, books, or the like). Regular bindings are available and do not involve postage. All bindings are direct bindings so there is never a vessel involved, making it easier for international clients to enjoy the direct and immediate companionship of the entity who has drawn them and felt an appeal. Some entities will visit prior to the binding out of curiosity and interest prior to the binding. This is somewhat normal and nothing to be concerned about. The spirit-entities bound by Vampire Ashram use a proprietary method of duo-binding and conjuration that is not available to other sorcerers and is not written down to be handed on to others. It is the strongest and most effective method of binding, it is direct, immediate and very powerful. If the entity you have bound is overly strong, simply request the entity directly to ease up a little bit rather than request a revocation. The Black Hourglass binding is another exclusive that allows energy to be equalized so that as your energy progresses the binding allows more energy to be released from the entity directly, allowing you to ease into a very strong binding yet not holding you back if you are ready to interact with more and darker powers you'll be experiencing.

~Our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy~

This notice discloses the privacy practices for Vampire Ashram, LLC, along with House Keresian, The Sorcerer's Cellar, and our website www.vampireashram.com. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We restrict access to, and only collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. We will never ask for your social security number or other sensitive data. We never rent, sell, distribute or otherwise provide your personal or financial information to anyone else and take every reasonable precaution to protect your confidentiality. We do not use "cookies" on our site. 

~Vampire Ashram Payment Methods & Policies~

Payment Methods: Vampire Ashram uses Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe offers a convenient, secure, and trustworthy processing platform with multiple payment options. They also accept gift cards denominated by credit cards. We do not accept money orders, checks or cash payments. Other payment methods are also available on the site as well. We also offer layawys and will invoice you accordingly with the balance paid by invoice when issued.

Cancellations: We offer a 30-day layaway program with one-third down payment. In the event you wish to cancel prior to full payment, we will either refund the deposit or apply it as a future credit if desired. If, prior to the scheduled spellbinding for a particular listing, you wish to cancel, we will refund accordingly. We want every transaction to provide you with a successful outcome and will work to achieve that to the very best of our ability.

Customer Service: We monitor the site on a continual basis and respond quickly to any questions or concerns a client may have. We can be most easily and quickly reached at our email location: vampireashram@gmail.com  Because intangible bindings and the like require dedicated service time, we cannot offer phone consultations, but respond as soon as possible to inquiries and/or concerns you may have either about ordering, or about a particular service and/or order.

Service Delivery Policy: We strive to complete all purchased bindings within a two week period. Objects that require engraving may take a week longer, and notification via email with tracking number will be provided. On tangible items such as books, grimoires and the like, delivery time will vary according to method of shipment. Media mail books may take up to three weeks, priority mail normally within one week; both will have tracking information included.

Purchase Restrictions: All purchasers must be 18 years or older, with date of birth included on the order form. We reserve the right to refuse the purchase of certain listings to those not qualified, either because of documented mental instability or because we, at our sole discretion, feel the binding in question is unsuitable for the prospective client. Bindings that are restricted include those clients who have achieved the status of a Transformed Vampire, as having completed a transformation rite with a designated disincarnate spirit-entity. All such listings carry the restricted notice and the buyer must be qualified and registered with Vampire Ashram as to their approval status. We reserve the right to deny a transformational rite for any reason. In all such cases where payment has been made but the binding or goods have not been completed or sent, we will refund the amount in question.

~Vampire Ashram Layaway Policy~

We offer a convenient layaway program with one-third down upon receipt of payment to reserve any listing you desire. The balance is due within a 30-day period. We will invoice the requested payment via Stripe. In the event of cancellation prior to the actual binding, all funds will be refunded or applied as a future credit if desired. If additional time is required to complete payment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly accommodate any reasonable request.

~Vampire Ashram Refund Policy~

In order to avoid the duplicate labor of binding and revoking an entity, we do not offer refunds. We offer a free scan which is especially important if you have acquired multiple vessel bindings from another source and have yet to receive a strong manifestation and presence. The more vessel bindings one has without an ongoing manifestation, the more likely it is that a block exists. This is not a guarantee that all blocks can be located, since attachments related to different energies, ie. spells, spirits, and entities will differ, and of course, any internal blocks cannot be scanned. And while our record of success is much higher than average, as reflected in our history and testimonials, having been in operation since 2012, intangible services -as such- cannot be guaranteed to meet all expectations. No metaphysical binding, spell, or ritual practitioner achieves a 100% success rate. Thus, the client assumes the risk that such intangible services entail by their very nature.

~Potential Spirit Incompatibility~

Spirit-entities that are incompatible are another factor to consider which can cause blocks, one most frequently encountered by those who collect spirit bindings offered on sites with every possible assortment of vessel bound spirit, from dark to light. Even demonic entities will war with one another upon occassion. All those obtained on this website are fully compatible with one another but may not be compatible with others obtained outside of this site, and vice-versa. If in doubt, always check beforehand for compatibility, because if two spirits are at war, this will prevent manifestations and may often cause physical symptoms such as inexplicable fatigue and frustration over any possible lack of manifestation.

~Spirit Callings to Potential Companions~

I do not offer sample visitations, which is an abuse of the entity involved in being conjured, bound, then revoked. All listings have the potential for the entity to encounter you directly as a personal calling out of curiosity or appeal. Some will also visit in dreams or make themselves otherwise known to the person they find most attractive, engaging you through the photo or listing. Frequently one spirit entity you have adopted will also seek her kindred sisters or brothers that are listed to extend her family and guard against unwanted spirit trespassers. Like people, like always attracts like. There are no limitations on the number of entities you may adopt with the strong caution NOT to shop around and potentially adopt enemies who will war with the ones previously bound and you will encounter a block where neither entity manifests during conflict which will be ongoing until a banishing and unblocking is done. All the entities on this site get along with one another. Others they generally do not, and a great number of lesser spirits, astral trash and spirit dolls have been casualities of ignoring this warning. No spirit or entity obeys "house rules." After all would you if your companion could not see you or hear you laughing at the whole idea? Use common sense and respect, and love, those entities who have chosen to be your companions.

~Fees for Revocations & Converting Vessel Bindings~

All the entities I bind are subject to revocation if required, unless a non-reversible vampire sire is bound by blood as a transformation. Revocation rarely occurs, and when it does it is normally due to a powerful manifestation some may not be used to. In such cases there is a fee of $50 per revocation. In cases of unbinding and breaking a vessel binding from a previous seller, to directly bind a viable spirit to yourself, there is a charge of $150. I strongly encourage you to remove viable manifesting spirits from vessels to direct bindings. Many such spirits will bring you to this site, knowing this beforehand. Heed their advice. There is NO vessel binding that I cannot reverse and break, then bind directly to you. You benefit by higher energy, and the spirit-entity does likewise. NO SPIRIT ENTITY WANTS TO BE BOUND TO A VESSEL. They comply only because they desire a particular companion, not because of the vessel, but in spite of it. 

~All About Spirit Manifestation Blocks~

*NOTE: If one has a block due to poorly executed bindings, please note the following:  Investing in more powerful or numerous bindings DOES NOT remove, but rather entrenches a block, which in turn takes longer to overcome. Nor can anyone "meditate" a block away. A spirit-entity binding manifests almost immediately. If a manifestation does not occur, a block is the reason, regardless of its source, which in most cases is related to too many, not too little, vessel or direct bindings, especially bridge-bound vessels.

I also refuse to perform vessel bindings. The cost of cheap vessel bindings often leads to a very costly block, frustration, and inability to develop a strong relationship with a truly worthy spirit-entity. Such bindings are far from inexpensive. They cost dearly when added to the cost of spirit exorcism and evictions, along with unblocking a person.  

Should a block be present I will work to remove it. The unblocking/banishing spell and energy work I provide is at least twice as time consuming than a regular binding. It requires a person to remove the typical vessels that create such blocks since they acts like "nails" in the tire of your energy: leeching energy because these vessel bound spirits need life-support to begin with, and have nothing in return to give. I will work with you to remove any existing blocks, which boil down to three general types: 1) vessel bindings, and especially vessel bindings that are "bridged" to you; 2) a pre-existing entity who wants to be bound but isn't, and therefore blocks all bindings (these are not always malicious, but sometimes loving entities attempting to reconnect), and 3) internal blocks due to fear or anxiety or lowered energy frequency; some due to emotional stress such as divorce, death in the family, etc.

~Vampire Ashram Safety Policy~

It should be noted that I do not work in western occultism or magick. I work as a direct agent for Lucifera and Lilith as the two main sources for the conjurations and bindings I perform. Both are considered extremely dark principalities of power and may not be appropriate for those who are uncomfortable with such powers, energies, and manifestations. Also, if a vampire transformation is performed, the binding cannot be revoked and is considered irreversible and non-revokable.

Be aware that vampire energy implants are also non-reversible and may cause unpredictable changes that will vary from one person to another in both intensity and results. Therefore there is no applicable screening process that will determine their safety. Such bindings are therefore more risky than a spell, should adverse reactions occur, since the intrinsic human energy system is adopting a foreign energy frequency. The associated changes that occur can result in vampiric behavior patterns or cravings for the implanted energy. This is especially true in the case of Black Alchemy bindings involving a servitor, which results in the same associated actions as a living revenant, for which reason the higher experience level of having achieved a vamprie transformation via Vampire Ashram, is a requirement for purchasing the listing in question.

Look before you Leap

*Purchasing more powerful bindings does NOT remove a block since the leverage of a number of weak astral spirits can in themselves block a manifestation since it subtracts energy from you that is needed for a binding. Vessel bindings are the most common offenders. If there are a number of them, you alone must decide whether to proceed or not. As a general rule only astral spirits in dire need of energy will agree to a vessel binding because of the chance to snatch a free meal energywise: you. Then they typically will "bridge" onto you and not return to the vessel unless being harrassed by more powerful entities. Vessel bindings are also the lowest form of magick and those performing them by and large have no control over the spirit bound nor can they revoke them. Anyone can summon a succubus and if so, it will be because the succubus knows you don't know how to revoke them because you are an amateur without protocols or the supervision of a much stronger entity/goddess who is overseeing the binding. Hecate and Lilith do NOT oversee bindings done by sorcerers and witches, leaving you to fend for yourself when the succubus or astral trash spirit turns out to be malignant and tormenting.

Our Right of Refusal

Vampire Ashram reserves the right to refuse a purchase, if at our discretion, it is deemed unsuitable for any reason. Any who have a history of drug or alcohol abuse, or an inherently unstable mental condition are advised to avoid occult bindings, especially strong direct bindings. Because I do not bind spirits, but beings/entities, such bindings carry the risk of enhanced manifestation, as they are drawn from the Underworld. Those suffering from PTSD are particularly vulnerable to the occult and should seek counseling rather than the occult, which may worsen symptoms. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, this is not the time to be adopting spirit entities.

All bindings I perform carry inherent risks and rewards. Due to these unknown factors in one's personal history, it is your responsibility to assess the potential risk and to assume responsibility for those choices.

Please Note: If you purchase from this site, you are adopting potentially intense spirit-entities which may or may not conform to experiences received elsewhere, and do so at your own risk. These are entity bindings, and not spirit bindings in the traditional sense of the word. Entities as such manifest with a more intensified presence and a denser physical force, often resulting in stronger episodes of physical, sexual and psychic energy. The bindings, spells, and vampiric energy implants are not performed using Western Occultism or according to the standard procedures used by witches or sorcerers or black magicians, and are a proprietary blend of vampiric, blood, and energy alchemy performed in tandem with Lucifera and Lilith.

~Legal Restrictions on Sales & Shipments of Human Bones~

While it is legal to posses and sell human bones in the United States, there are a few exceptions: Three states have banned the import and export of human bones: They are Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana. In compliance with these legal restrictions, Vampire Ashram cannot ship any authentic human bones to these states. In addition, because House Keresian uses human bones in its rituals, we may further limit the sales of human bones to those who are registered with Vampire Ashram LLC as bonefide vampires under Lucifera. International restrictions on the importation of human bones include the following: Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Please check your country for qualification. Vampire Ashram LLC is not responsible for loses from impounded articles.
